We’re delighted to announce that VOR has been shortlisted for four categories at the 2026 Retrofit Academy Awards, recognising excellence in retrofit design, coordination and partnership.
This year’s awards attracted over 100 entries from 70 organisations, making the shortlist a significant achievement and a reflection of the quality, integrity and impact of the work being delivered across the sector.
Our shortlisted categories
We are proud to be finalists in the following categories:
- Retrofit Designer of the Year – Tiziana Di Ronco
- Retrofit Co-ordination Company of the Year
- Retrofit Design Practice of the Year
- Retrofit Partnership of the Year – Projects & Programmes –The Easiform Retrofit Programme, a collaboration between VOR, Bristol City Leap and Bristol City Council
Each nomination reflects our commitment to delivering high-quality, retrofit services that put residents first, support our clients, and raise standards across the industry.
Celebrating collaboration and quality
The nomination for Retrofit Partnership of the Year is particularly meaningful, highlighting the power of strong collaboration between local authorities, delivery partners and independent retrofit professionals to deliver scalable, well-coordinated retrofit programmes.
At VOR, we believe retrofit should be technically robust, commercially viable and, above all, deliver real benefits for people living in the homes we improve. Being recognised across individual, organisational and partnership categories reinforces our purpose-driven approach and our commitment to excellence.
Looking ahead
The winners will be announced on Tuesday 12 May 2026 at ExCeL London, alongside Futurebuild and UK Construction Week.
We’d like to congratulate all the shortlisted organisations and individuals, and to thank our team and partners for their continued commitment, collaboration and passion for doing retrofit the right way.
