We are working with your social housing provider/ Local Authority to review the Energy Efficiency of your home with the aim of reducing the amount of energy that is required to heat you home (reducing your heating bills) and improving the EPC rating of your property.
We are both ‘Retrofit Assessors’ and ‘Retrofit Coordinators’ and our roles is to manage the retrofit assessment, planning and design of the project as well as facilitating the procurement of installers to undertake this work. These works will be undertaken in accordance with the Publicly Available Specification (PAS) 2035. PAS2035 focuses on ensuring that each home is reviewed in detail and that the appropriate Energy Efficient measures (EEM) are selected for your property, more information regarding PAS2035 can be found HERE.
Your home has been selected to participate in the project and we will be undertaking the retrofit assessments, details of the assessments can be found below. The scheme is fully funded by the council/ provider and the government funding.
