PAS 2035 Retrofit Coordinator

VOR have invested in an experienced team of qualified Retrofit Coordinators, Retrofit Assessors and Retrofit Designers, supported by Technical Consultants, they have the skills and experience to deliver quality and timely PAS 2035 compliant retrofit programmes for our clients.

What is a Retrofit Coordinator?

The Retrofit Coordinator is a mandatory role required for all PAS 2035 retrofit projects.

At VOR, Our Retrofit Coordinators are responsible for overseeing the project, working with the Retrofit Assessor and Retrofit Designer to endure a ‘whole house’ approach identifying the different retrofit measures and assessing viability, communicating with all stakeholders to manage risk and ensure project delivery and finally the monitoring, and evaluation of energy efficiency measures.

How can your project benefit from a Retrofit Coordinator?

A Retrofit Coordinator will manage a retrofit project from inception to completion. They can help develop a retrofit project plan as well as managing the end-to-end completion of a project.

For a project to be eligible for public funding, a Retrofit Coordinator can ensure that the project adheres to PAS 2035 principles

PAS 2035

PAS 2035 is the Government’s specification which outlines the necessary standards for domestic retrofit projects. For projects to be eligible for public funding, they must be delivered in strict compliance to PAS 2035.

PAS 2035 was updated in September 2023 to reflect evolving best practices, address implementation feedback, and align with the UK’s net zero emissions goals. Here we look at the main updates to be aware of and the implications. Click the banner below to read about the changes.
