PAS 2035 Retrofit Roles

A PAS 2035 retrofit is an energy retrofit on an existing domestic building that complies with the PAS 2035 framework laid out by the government. 

In order to carry out a PAS 2035 compliant retrofit several professional retrofit roles have been introduced within the PAS 2035 process, with clear responsibilities and accountabilities established to ensure that a quality ‘whole house’ retrofit is delivered.

Not all roles are carried out by separate individuals, but whoever carries out each role needs to have received the levels of training and certification required by PAS 2035.
