VOR was appointed to lead retrofit assessment, design, and coordination for a PAS 2035-compliant programme covering over 150 homes in South Bristol.
Arranged in blocks of four flats, planning permission for EWI was required and promptly secured. Spanning both PAS 2035:2019 and PAS 2035:2023, the project brought regulatory challenges, which our team addressed through updated guidance, training, and refined processes. Alongside energy efficiency, the programme also supports wider social benefits by enhancing local streetscapes.
