We’re excited to see Tiziana Di Ronco embarking on the Women in Leadership programme, which began in January 2026.
The 12-week hybrid bootcamp is backed by the West of England Combined Authority and delivered by Think Circle in partnership with The Coders Guild.
Led by Emma Brassington and Abena Akuffo-Kelly, the programme is designed to strengthen and diversify leadership pipelines across construction and related industries, supporting women who are ready to step into leadership roles.
The course focuses on equipping participants with the skills and strategies needed to thrive in modern workplaces. It builds capability in:
- Strategic thinking and decision-making
- Effective communication and relationship-building
- Resilience and adaptability
- Developing a clear leadership vision aligned with personal values
- Creating supportive networks for long-term professional growth
Tiziana is delighted to be embarking on this development journey. She said:
