VOR appointed to Procure Plus Low and Zero-Carbon Technologies Framework

VOR is delighted to announce that we have been awarded a place on the new Procure Plus Framework for the Installation of Low and Zero-Carbon Technologies, securing a position on Lot 1 – Retrofit assessment, design and co-ordination services (National).

This four-year, £1.6bn framework is designed to support the delivery of high-quality, sustainable, and energy-efficient improvements across social housing and public buildings. Procure Plus is one of the UK’s leading providers of procurement solutions for the housing, public, and community sectors, and our appointment reflects both our technical expertise and our commitment to delivering consistently high-quality, people-centred retrofit services.

Delivering market-leading PAS 2035 and PAS 2038 retrofit programmes

VOR already partners with local authorities, housing providers and public bodies to design and deliver PAS 2035 and PAS 2038 compliant retrofit programmes end-to-end.
Our integrated team leads on assessment, coordination and design, ensuring projects are robust, compliant, and deliver measurable improvements in energy performance.

Our appointment to the Procure Plus framework is a testament to our team’s proven track record of delivering high-quality, end-to-end PAS-compliant retrofit programmes at scale.

This framework creates new opportunities to support organisations nationwide in upgrading homes and public buildings with low and zero-carbon technologies, improving comfort, reducing energy costs, and supporting the UK’s transition to net zero.

Looking ahead

We are proud to be part of this important programme and look forward to working closely with Procure Plus, fellow partners and clients to deliver retrofit projects that make a lasting, positive impact on communities across the UK.

If you’d like to discuss how we can support your upcoming retrofit programmes under the framework, our team would be happy to help.
