VOR Group is pleased to share that Wates has selected us to support them on a project for Anchor to retrofit 31 flats at Cambray Court in Cirencester.
This contract covers the first project in the south of England in Anchor’s SHDF programme, to reduce carbon emissions and improve energy efficiency for residents.
Anchor is England’s largest provider of specialist housing and care for older people, managing over 54,000 homes across nearly 1,700 sites. As a not-for-profit organisation, Anchor Hanover reinvests all profits back into improving its properties. They are committed to creating energy-efficient homes that help reduce emissions while protecting green space.
For this project with Wates, VOR will deliver full retrofit services, including assessments, coordination, and design to improve energy efficiency in all 31 flats.
This represents an exciting opportunity to create warmer, more comfortable homes for Anchor residents while reducing ongoing energy use. VOR brings extensive experience retrofitting flats and apartments to create healthier indoor living environments.
We look forward to a successful partnership with Anchor and Wates on this and future phases of their retrofit program.
